I believe that sensitive, personal interaction and insight, encourages my patients to talk openly, and explore their most profound feelings.  As a result, we peel back the layers of past experiences to help uncover the origins of their emotional state.

My practice is grounded in evidence-based science, solid skills, broad knowledge and deep experience.

Also, by developing authentic, accepting and safe relationships I enable my patients to change, thrive and become the best version of themselves.

“I’m a female therapist living and working in the fast-paced, highly competitive environment of Manhattan. Consequently, I understand how to help my clients better manage their work-based stressors or escape the trap of anxiety. In particular, I help them build an appreciation that their past is connected to their current issues. In doing so I can help them craft behaviors that result in better, more consciously controlled futures. Finally, it’s about listening and guiding my clients to an emotional state where they can live happier lives.”
