BOOK A CONSULTATION
Psychotherapy explained
I help my clients develop an understanding of how their past influences their current behavior. Without knowing it, our mind actively tries to forget these conflicted thoughts, feelings, and wishes by pushing them into our unconscious. The way the mind does this is through defense mechanisms.
Sometimes these defense mechanisms are unstable, and our thoughts and feelings push in our mind again to become known. When this happens, we can experience anxiety, depression or we repeatedly do things that don’t make sense. These unconscious scripts can control our behavior in powerful ways.
The unstable unconscious contents in our minds are like unnecessary programs running in the background of a computer- slowing us down and making us inefficient.
Psychotherapy is an exploration where you discover your hidden story and the therapist becomes a part of that story, like reading a play together. Therapy helps you get to know the hidden story, so that these unconscious scripts don’t encumber you.
Therapy can give you more control, increase your self-esteem, and tune your mind to optimize performance.

It is your hour to have someone entirely to yourself to listen intently, where you can say anything, without fear of judgment and write a new narrative
